The vibrofinishing (or tumbling) is a mass finishing process which allows to modify the surface roughness of objects (usually metal parts) in order to improve their appearance and functionality.
ALMA designs and manufactures various types of water treatment plants according to the origin of the waste.
The processes proposed by ALMA (BTE series) are based on low viscosity emulsions, which allow to obtain excellent performance of the protective film at medium-high hardness (H – 4H) while maintaining a medium-low thickness (5 -15 microns).
ALMA with its consumable products for vibrofinishing covers the whole range of specialties: media, polishing paste, chemical compounds, suitable for all metals (stainless steel, aluminum, iron, brass, zinc alloy).
