In order to assist the customer in the pre-sales phase and to optimize the choice of machinery, process and consumables, ALMA makes available its laboratories:

 

1. Laboratory for vibrofinishing: complete vibratory system for surface finishing test

2. Laboratory for R & D: development of new processes / chemicals - standard and “custom-made"

3. Laboratory for cataphoresis: 15 positions pilot plant for transparent and pigmented finishes

 

After-Sales

ALMA supports its customers also in the after-sales phase:

 

1. Vibrofinishing: maintenance and repair - spare parts service - equipment revision

2. Processes / chemical specialties: inspection / analysis at the customer - lab analysis

3. Cataphoresis: inspection / analysis at the customer - lab analysis - helpline
